1. Introduction
Welcome to Viyali ("Viyali", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our mobile applications, websites and related services (together, the "Services").
Rebrand notice: LetsDoSimple is now Viyali. letsdosimple.com now points to viyali.com. This policy applies to the former LetsDoSimple apps, website and services as well as everything published under the Viyali name.
By downloading, accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal information is Viyali, operating the website https://viyali.com (formerly https://letsdosimple.com).
Privacy enquiries: support@viyali.com
3. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
3.1 Information you provide
- Contact details — your name and email address when you contact support or send us a message.
- Feedback and support content — the content of messages, bug reports and attachments you send us.
- Account details — if an app offers sign-in, the identifiers you choose to create an account with.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and log data — device model, operating system and version, app version, unique device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, language and time zone settings.
- Usage data — features used, screens viewed, session duration, crash reports and performance diagnostics.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address (country/region level only). We do not collect precise GPS location.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) — ad interaction data and impression/click reporting.
- Analytics providers — aggregated usage statistics that help us improve the apps.
- App stores — Google Play and other stores provide installation and update statistics.
4. Advertising & AdMob
Our apps are free to download and may display advertisements. We work with Google AdMob and other advertising partners to serve ads.
Ads in our apps may be personalised. Google and its partners may use the advertising identifier stored on your device, along with other data, to personalise the ads you see.
What ad partners may collect
- Your Android advertising ID (AAID) / Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), which you can reset or limit from your device settings.
- Device type, OS version, app identifier and general location (country/city level from IP).
- Ad performance data such as impressions, clicks and conversions.
How to opt out of personalised advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable app tracking, or reset your advertising identifier.
- Google: visit Ads Settings to manage personalisation across Google services.
- Region-specific: where required, a consent message is shown before personalised ads or non-essential technologies are enabled (Google UMP consent flow).
Opting out of personalised advertising does not stop you from seeing ads — it only means the ads you see are no longer based on your interests.
AdMob's own handling of data is described in Google's policies, including the Google Ads Technology Policies.
