However, there are some exceptions to this policy:

  • If you accidentally purchase the wrong subscription: We understand that mistakes happen. If you contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase and explain the situation, we may be able to offer a full refund.
  • If the service is unavailable due to technical problems: In the unlikely event that our service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical problems, we may offer a prorated refund for the time you were unable to use the service.
